PRICING: Your Loving Memorial provides free shipping within the continental United States for any of our products that are over $100.00. Shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom will have extra shipping charges added. Most Products are shipped via UPS and USPS. Please contact us for shipping rates to locations other than those listed. Most orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day. For orders received on Fridays after 12:00 PM PST, shipment will be done on the following Monday. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery most arrive within 3 to 4 days. NOTE: MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE UNTIL ALL PERSONAL CHECKS ARE CLEARED. PLEASE ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PERSONAL CHECKS TO CLEAR. RUSH ORDERS: We do provide NEXT DAY and 2nd DAY SERVICE upon request for most of our products. We provide 2nd DAY SERVICE for some of our wood urns, check with us if you have a qestion about a particular wood urn. RUSH ORDER RATES: Vary by type of urn and shipping destination. All of our engraving is performed by hand. This will require and additional 3-5 days prior to shipping. The standard price for NAME, DOB & DOD includes up to 50 characters. The standard price for Phrase of Endearment, NAME, DOB & DOD includes up to 75 characters. Of course, on cremation urns with a smooth surface much longer epitaphs can been engraved. For details including pricing on longer phrases of endearment, eulogies, poems, songs, verses, languages other than English, and characters other than the English alphabet please contact us.
RETURNs AND EXCHANGEs: If not fully satisfied with the merchandise, and absolutely "NO" remains were ever placed within the urn, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund less shipping, handling and restocking. For more information, please call or email us. Once any personelized engraving is done on any urn or Name Plate that portion of the order will not be allowed to be exchanged or returned.
